Automatic process of waste tyre pyrolysis plant

The feeder of these continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant feeds the waste tyre into the reactor and seals the inlet door tightly automatically.

The materials including wood, coal, fuel oil or natural gas are used as fuel in the combustion system these plants to heat the reactor gradually. It converts waste tyre into oil gas when the temperature of the reactor reaches to 250 degree C.

After the generation of oil gas, it will be passed through a cooling system to convert oil gas into liquefied oil. But some of the gases found in oil gas, which cannot be liquefied under normal pressure, will be passed through safety devices to reach back into combustion system to be used as fuel to heat reactor.
