Automatic process of waste tyre pyrolysis plant
The feeder of these continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant feeds the waste tyre into the reactor and seals the inlet door tightly automatically.
The materials including wood, coal, fuel oil or natural gas are used as fuel in the combustion system these plants to heat the reactor gradually. It converts waste tyre into oil gas when the temperature of the reactor reaches to 250 degree C.
After the generation of oil gas, it will be passed through a cooling system to convert oil gas into liquefied oil. But some of the gases found in oil gas, which cannot be liquefied under normal pressure, will be passed through safety devices to reach back into combustion system to be used as fuel to heat reactor. In this way it helps you in saving lots of energy in an environment friendly manner.
After collecting the liquefied oil the reactor of the pyrolysis plant will be allowed to cool down to extract carbon black from it automatically.
The door of the reactor is opened by its operators, when its temperature falls down to 100 degree C, to release metal wires and other products, if any, from it.

Final products derived from pyrolysis plant and their usage
A fully automatic tyre recycling pyrolysis plant mainly provides four types of end products like:
Fuel oil: Nearly 45% of the end products are fuel oil which can be used in various manners like selling it directly, converting it into gasoline or diesel by using oil distillation machines or burns it like fuel material.
Carbon black: Second main end product has 30% share in the total end products which can be sold directly or refined in machines to form fine carbon.
Steel wire (if waste tyres are fed into reactor): Steel wires can be 15% of the total end products. It can either be sold directly or processed to make various other items.
Flammable oil gas: Last but not the least important end product is flammable oil gas which can either be used as fuel to heat the reactor of the fully automatic rubber pyrolysis plant or can be stored as fuel material to be used in various other industrial units for heating purpose.
